Oh my gosh, so abusive! If you can, you might want to try therapy. :( I’m sorry this happened to you!
my guardian is controlling as well, he doesn’t want me to have freedom or negative emotions, and i can’t leave to someone else’s house 😞

Wish I could help more but the vast Internet stands in the way... Just know that you are precious, and that negative emotions are valid and important. I hope there's someone you can share them with (but try not to overload them too often! It's good if you can balance with sharing positive emotions too even if you don't feel you have many, and also listening to the other person's emotions of course!).
