It lasts for 50 minutes so I can time my sessions with clients. Came all the way from Spain (I’m in the US). Super excited to start using it tomorrow.

I have ADHD too! I have a little timer that’s very visual, and it really helps.
Mind sharing more about this very visual timer? What does it look like, what's it called?
This is what it looks like - I got it on Amazon (guilty as charged). I really love the rainbow. Gives me a nice visual cue.
