I know it is considered best practice to use the verbatim title, but I will always edit in relevant details that are omitted for clickbait purposes. Such as the title of the game instead of, "This city builder."
Gaming websites are soooo bad about that. It should be a rule for all gaming news communities that the title must include the game name.
I'd like to read about cool upcoming games but I will never click a headline like this.
Agreed. I do add commentary in square brackets for such cases, but with this one I felt like I would have to almost change the whole title.
I like to leave the article title as is, but then add the game afterwards "clickbait description here (actual game title)"
