You European? This meme's most likely referring to American Libertarianism, which is described by Ayn Rand and is actually Anarcho-capitalism. Think more 'Atlas Shrugged' than anarchism.

has no laws, just costs, which can be restructured by a single person. Thus the person feels free.

Is also something american libertarians would say. It is also why they are stupid or just pro oligarchy.
