It should be at the end, after the "mods:"

If it's empty the mod deleted their account.

What community are you looking at? I can have a look for you

Indeed, no mods, accounts have been deleted:

You can probably create a Meta post there and ask if people would like to volunteer to run the community. Then once you have people, you can ping @otter@lemmy.ca , they should be able to grant those people mods rights on the community.
