Gubbröra is a swedish compound word and the name for a dish. Translation would probably be Old mans hodgepodge. Crème fraiche, Anchovies, eggs, caviar, onion, etc. Historically a dish prepared the day after Easter from leftovers by grandpa or dad and eaten on rye bread.
