From a quick glance at their site I wouldn't say they're a Spotify alternative. AFAIK Spotify is mainly for music "consumers" aka "people who like listening to music".

This service's seems to be geared more towards content creators, that need good quality music with simple licensing, or businesses like stores and restaurants that want some nice background music.

Their limited catalog would have a hard time competing with Spotify & Co..
