my first read of the title was 'chinese bacon tower'
The tower sets both smoke and fire so they can smoke the bacon and then fry it over the fire.
The higher you fry and smoke, the holier the result, it's basic religious math!
Same, I want a bacon tower now.
Well they do like pig meat in china
