Monday night Japanese curry gang checking in!!!!

Never really done it in the slow cooker BUT, potato and carrot should be fine in the SW. Apples will probably lose their texture though.

Granny Smith yes. Pink Lady, Gala, Yellow Delicious - no. Best to leave peel on though.

neither, first time. but given how good the apricot chicken came out I was tempted to give it a go.

I've been making japanese curry in a regular stove top pot. I just fry the meat separately to get a nice brown sear and throw it in with the veggies and some seasoning. Once the potatoes cook through, i chuck in the curry blocks.

Hasn't disappointed yet :)
