I know I have ADHD - I filled out a questionnaire that said if you answer Yes to two or more questions out of 20 you might have ADHD - I answered Yes to all EXCEPT two. But I think of it as having a lot of interests and variety in my life, not a reason to look for sympathy. At some point I learned to let go of regretting having a lot of unfinished projects, and accepted that I get joy out of starting new things. If most people get it from finishing, that's fine.
