That seems like it could be a pretty fun challenge. How long did it take you?
Only about a week! There's a few spots where it's a grind but you can use fast-forward, thankfully.
I see. How much is that in hours played? It's a bit difficult to judge without knowing how much spare time you have.
My save file says 72 hours but that's with 6x fast-forward speed so ~12 hrs real time.
Cool! I'm doing the challenge now as well, it's fun so far. Seems like it might be a bit on the grindy side, but that's alright.
EDIT: Not loving the Pidgeot/Primeape combo before Brock, grinding in Viridian isn't super fun. May have to reconsider
Yeah haha, that’s when it first starts to drag. Fast forward and turbo A button grinding are your friend. I did it while listening to podcasts, I find that sort of thing relaxing but it’s definitely not for everyone.
Funnily enough, I did the same thing. Podcasts and grind. Closing in on the last levels of Pidgeotto now, let's see what happens after Brock.
