Newsflash: The voting is pen & paper. No websites are involved in the voting process. You gain absolutely nothing by DDoSing the party websites.

I used to be in IT and so understand it's not how the internet works, but... I would cut all internet traffic from Russia. If they use another country as a proxy, I would give that country time to respond and then cut all internet traffic to them too. Eventually you will either isolate a few countries who are bad actors or you will isolate yourself. Either way it's a win.
