I just want more hollow knight with tight gameplay. Gimme more insect metroidvania and I'll be happy to participate. I honestly don't know what the hype is about, it's a good metroidvania, they just have to deliver more of the same. What are people expecting? What hype are we even talking about? It's been a long wait, that's it.
Edit: If they make it a Switch 2 exclusive I'll never buy it out of spite, fuck Nintendo, long live FOSS and Linux gaming.
they semi-confirmed it wont be because they announced on kickstarter that the backers of the og game would get it free on the platform of their choice.
It’s already wishlistable on Steam. I think it’s going to get a Switch 2 release but they already confirmed GamePass didn’t they?
I doubt Nintendo would make them an offer that’d get them to turn down being on GamePass at release. It’s not that big of a game, despite those of us who know being really excited.
It's coming out on PC and will be a timed console exclusive on Switch 2.
So if you're on PS5 or Xbox, you're out of luck.
That's garbage considering it was advertised as a day one game pass game..
