Graphene isn't mainstream Android though, is it? Or is it like, cut directly from AOSP stable (or unstable) and patched/stripped in some custom way?
And yeah, I use light mode when it's bright, i.e. during the day. Helps to see what's on the screen... Especially in direct sunlight.
Pretty sure they take AOSP and rip the google out of it and sandbox any google you want to put back on it. I know they change a lot of things for security and privacy purposes but they also seem to pull things from mainline updates. Admittedly I am not an expert so don't sue me if Im wrong about that
