I am shocked that one out of the recent string of massive sized technology investment initiatives highlighted by the current US administration has turned out to be lacking in specifics.

Shocked! I tell ya.

It's almost like.. giving up the silicon shield seems like a really bad deal with an unreliable partner in the face of the current US government. TSMC and Taiwan better be learning quickly.
