On Lemmy I feel like we do the same except for instances. Some person signs up with an instance oblivious to its politics but will get judged based on it.
Of course someone on .world would say that. /j
But also blocking .ml instances by default is a great way to reduce your exposure to stupid ass takes and arguments. /not a joke
World is worse than ml imo. So much worse.
