I've seen reviews for individual ones, but not something comprehensive that compares two or more of them. Does anyone know of any?

Interesting since Pine64 chose Manjaro as its official OS over Ubuntu Touch.

Because they don't want to enforce a single interface, but have a distribuition where the user can install them all.
