Good point. Still, I worry that most dangerous thing to happen to the country next year is for someone to win with Trump's policies, but with a higher degree of competence and professionalism.

It's hard to say if his base will see and get engaged enough to vote for that. Culture Warrior DeSantis seems to get them pretty excited.

DeSantis is worse than Trump IMO. He's already showing his fascism in Florida...

I’m not too worried about DeSantis, honestly. He’s a horrible orator with no charisma — with any luck, he won't energize people in nearly the same way.
