KBIN is not implementing promised improvements in moderation, federation, and fighting spam. I have given up on this platform, and I can't recommend anyone to put any effort into it any longer.

As egalitarians, we want all people to be treated with equal consideration. There should be no favorites. All people, be they men, women, or children, deserve the same human rights, and the same amount of support.

As it comes to gender, which is our focus here, there are still many problems to be addressed. But we call upon all, paraphrasing a famous actress: you're either an egalitarian, or you're a sexist.

I think this is a perfect portrayal of "you're either with us or you're against us". It is a binary view, a dichotomy, of a complex issue that invokes the need to choose sides and see others as the enemy.

Life is not that simple.
