Yes, but they don't work as well as GTK or QT apps. Yet... It will change soon. And ubuntu announced that the flutter is the default choice for the future desktop apps.. https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2021/03/ubuntu-building-apps-with-flutter-in-future
