Hi. Ich verstehe die struktur des fediverse nicht ganz.

ich hab jetzt nen account auf feddit.de. Sollte ich jetzt Mastodon oder peertube nutzen woollen, brauch ich dafür nen separaten account??

Ja. Die "kompatibilitaet" ist zwischen verschiedenen servern die aehnliches tun (Mastodon, Pleroma und Misskey z.B.). Du kannst von dort aber auch peertube accounts folgen, oder bei lemmy kommentieren. Von lemmy aus geht nicht viel in Richtung Mastodon etc.
