Cannabis can very much cause paranoia and create some wild thoughts. Not anything like a 72 hour bender on stims with no sleep, but it can cause individuals to think up wacky shit.
Wild thoughts like "oh, am I having a heart attack", or "I think I'm dying", or "everyone is looking at me and knows I'm high". It generally doesn't make you start thinking up completely irrational nonsensical stuff like raccoons working for the CIA.
True that. My wife and I know our limits…any past that and I turn into a hypochondriac and my wife’s anxiety-negating effects get inverted.
