thats why their president wants everyone to do 60 hour work weeks, so everyone can work extra hard for democracy!
In South Korea you have the freedom to work 60 hours, but In North Korea, all jobs are banned except for dusting the Kim Jong-un portrait. If you are found doing anything else, you will be executed for 12 generations.
As opposed to the excellent work/life balance that North Korea is known for
