Nice! You put plastic into the ground.
It's also going to degrade by the time they sell. It won't even look like a skeleton by then.
Plastic that isn't in the sun doesn't tend to degrade beyond recognition.
The stuff on the surface will still get enough uv over 10 to 20 years to degrade and collapse. Plastic Halloween decorations aren't built to last outside.
This is going to be under the deck. There won’t be much direct sunlight. The deck will block most of it.
It's under a deck, and the deck may even have trees or a roof over it.
