In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.

Some Rules

Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
Don't promote proprietary software
Try to keep things on topic
If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Did you know? - Spotify runs on Google servers.

How do I know? I get the same 403 error when I try to open Spotify and Google websites.

The core is still proprietary as it runs off Deezer.

I'm pretty sure it's classified as pirating which is illegal and it most certainly shouldn't be promoted in a privacy community, not to be linked or associated with any illegal activities.

you can download music with Freezer.

Thanks for the clarification, I couldn't find anything mentioning downloading music on their git.
