As far as safety goes, nitrous oxide is one of the safest ones out there. You'd have to be seriously negligent to harm yourself (short or long term) on whipits

As long as you take some oxygen with your hit and you sit down. People have definitely bonked their heads trying to do nitrous while standing up or even walking around.
