Agreed. Im fine with my tax dollars going to doctors for practice fixing dumbasses before getting to me.

There are a lot more old people with diabetes and heart disease than dumbasses with broken bones.

That's a possibility. The guy acted grossly negligent and thus the accident insurance can reduce the coverage and in some cases even deny it completely.
