Hello, all! As the title says, I'll be moving to Finland in a week. I'm an African coming for a bachelor's degree at TUNI. While I've had a lot of advice from TUNI student tutors and articles from different sites, any not-so-known or underrated one you have will be very much appreciated.

Yea, sure. I like to use them because I am much less tired myself, but a lot of my friends don't notice any difference so go for it. The worst case scenario is you know better if you want to take or not to take them.
