I can easily see this being as big or bigger of a franchise than TES

Maybe eventually, but TES has 5 main title games, an MMO and a mobile game. It will take more than one release for Starfield to prove iteself.

As much as I'm looking forward to this game, I doubt it will over take Elder Scrolls. High Fantasy is a much easier genre to appeal to the masses than Sci-fi. Especially if it ends up being hard Sci-Fi.
