How do you make your nachos?

Very lazily.

  • Mince meat with Fajita mix seasoning. Cook with a bit of onion.
  • Layer of corn chips on plate.
  • Layer of meat
  • Layer of shredded cheese
  • Nuke in microwave until cheese is melted
  • Throw some shredded lettuce and diced up tomato on top
  • Good dollop or two of sour cream and guacamole/avocado dip
  • Add hot sauce as desired.

Then, see how much you can get all over your hands and face ๐Ÿ˜†

I do this for a quick tasty meal. So I just go with this basic dumbed down version.
