The onus of the proof is on you to debunk this paper as fallacious, and I'd love to read your take on it.

The paper makes vague claims without any substance. There is nothing to debunk there, and if you actually bothered reading the paper yourself you'd know that. I guess perhaps you just expected people not to bother reading it. The link I provided you above explains the situation as it actually is. Maybe go read it.
