well if russian military all came to red square and started shooting each other, they wouldnt be punishable by the law. conversely, if you'd be there to witness such an event and described it as is while also maintaining the video evidence supporting your claims, youd be a dirty criminal and wed like you to rot in prison. unless, of course, youre one of us then its okay.
