you don't have multiple browsers running for what is essentially all of the webpages of the services you're using, but you have a combined messaging frontend where everything works and looks the same. For example, I really dislike how every messaging app has their own way of doing things and Matrix currently enables me to combine several into one. I might shell out the $10 a month if they manage to integrate Teams well, as it'd really make my day easier.
