For now not mandatory, but if the second part of this initiative passes then this will be quite a problem indeed.
We must prepare.
Start creating RSA/cvEd25519 keys for E-Mail and promoting Matrix/XMPP.
True. Btw than key what you mean is GPG? Or is another thing? I'm interested
