Apart from that there is also the Android x86 project where you can choose to run LineageOS on x86 computers https://www.android-x86.org/ I tested that again a few months ago, and the cool thing is that you can install it on usb stick besides installing it on a hdd. The bad thing imho is that their LineageOS comes with Gapps preinstalled. For pi3 and pi4 there is also this : https://konstakang.com/ which (pi3) can also be installed with PINN https://github.com/procount/pinn I've played with that a few years ago. It is for more advanced users. The method with OmniROM above is really easy in comparison in my opinion.
