I don't think my comment conveyed what I was intending. The post doesn't seem to be about the abs but rather the outrage caused by the picture. "The revolution" is probably referring to pissing off people who think a woman having a six pack is indicative of the downfall of Western civilization. "The easy part" the OP is talking about is that all they had to do was post this picture. I'm not saying getting to this level of fitness is easy (I know, I've been trying) but it seems like people are misunderstanding the post.
