Was wondering what this instance is going to do if/when a lot of Reddit users migrate to Lemmy instances. From what I've read, there's a high chance that a lot of instances will go down due to the amount of activity and new users.

Is this instance going to restrict registrations temporarily during it, or will it leave them open and hope for the best?

The admin for this instance said in this post that she may shut down registration once she gets the kbin she has been planning on making up and running, but she will be leaving it open for now.
