Waka is one of Stardoms wrestlers with a better grasp of English and (while being one of the company's resident pin eaters) frequently has assisted with English stuff. Seems as of October 4th she will be producing an English language show (promoted by Stardom, and I assume a 1 off for now) to help get fans into Joshi. The show appears to be featuring both some Stardom talent and some freelance Joshi.
