Anyone have any luck with growing lavender indoors? (lemmy.world)

I live in an apartment but I have lavender seeds and soil, can those long window pots work for them? Overall can they thrive indoors and if so do any of you have any tips?

I tried once. Wasn't going well, because they didn't have enough light. But I think it's still worth a shot, lavender is just great and if it work you've got yourself a nice lavender plant.
