There are accounts openly spewing russian propaganda here. Is anything going to be done with it?

Who do you report inactive mods to? In reddit, the sub would be shuttered unless they found a replacement.

TBH, I'm not really sure - I've been asking myself that same question as well. Might just be a situation in which you'd need to reach out to one of the instance admins listed on the main page's sidebar.
