Mass graves of murdered people, torture chambers and houses destroyed to the ground these were the gruesome findings in the town of lzyum, Kharkiv region, after its de-occupation from Russian troops.The Russian army has been destroying Izyum since the beginning of the full-scale war, using airplanes and artillery. Russian bombs were flying at administrative buildings and residential high-rises. September 10, 2022 is considered the day of the city's liberation from Russian invaders.The Ukrainian Defense Forces drove the occupiers out of lzyum during a counteroffensive in the Kharkiv region.
