My only gripe with this is the use of "boys" which implies young and thats wrong.

I would disagree that the word 'boy' implies young. Its usage to refer to men in their ~20s goes back to at least the 70s (I doubt anyone thinks The Boys Are Back in Town is about children, for instance). 'Girl' and 'baby' have similarly different meanings depending on context.
