The horse in this picture represents the artists love of pizza. You'll notice the rear end, or crust of the horse is missing. This is because the crust on pizza is ass.
The man has an elongated nose that he wipes on a curtain draped from heaven. The nose points to the horse, the horse is the part of the picture with real meaning.
