On the night of October 12, 2023, the enemy attacked Ukraine with attack UAVs of the "Shahed" type from the northern and southern directions - the Belgorod region (Russian Federation) and from Cape Chauda (TOT Crimea).

πŸ›¬ A total of 33 "shaheed" launches were recorded. Enemy UAVs were flying in different directions, so air defense was working in at least six regions of Ukraine.

Air force, anti-aircraft missile forces, mobile fire groups, electronic warfare units were involved in repelling the air attack.

These drones are as much about creating financial devastation as they are about causing physical devastation. Even though lives may have been saved by their shooting down, the drones are so cheap to make that the cost of destroying them is pushing Ukraine further into the hands of its debtees.

I'm not sure America or NATO really cares. Russia is crippling itself and shown it's hand - which is actively playing into Western interests.
