California's strong gun regulation was passed by a Reagan, a Republican, in response to the Black Panthers, a civil rights group that open carried.

I've been saying it for a while, we should do the same in other states. Get all the Sikhs and bearded Arabs open carrying in Texas and watch everyone lose their shit.
