In Seattle, the landlord management services not only thought of a bigger number, but they all coordinated and thought of a bigger number together. Now that's community.
Fun fact, that's probably due to all the landlords using realpage to "maximize return on investment"
Fun fact, the previous venture of the founder includes doing the same for airline tickets, until the FTC shut it down due to it being illegal collusion.
