For a team that often exudes "we have our shit together", Merc pit stops are just not where most everyone else is. Wonder why?
They donโt care to try to be faster. Theyโve said theyโd rather be a tiny bit slower than their competitors rather than just as fast and making mistakes.
Considering that most of the time RB doesnโt make any more mistakes than them it might just be a BS excuse
Interesting! Not doubting you, but if you have a source handy I'd love to see it. It sounds a little BS since again, RBR doesn't often make mistakes and does it faster
Apparently it comes from a James Vowels debrief after one of the 2022 races. I donโt have a specific source since I canโt go listen to audio right now.
