That could mean, "it's okay for capitalist countries to exist, they just need to stop doing bad things", as easily as it could mean, "it's okay for communist countries to exist, they just need to stop doing bad things".
capitalist countries are different than commie ones, thats the whole point
Would you give communist countries a free pass to commit genocides, war crimes, and human rights violations, just because they are communist?
