Was from late 90s / early 00s I think

Had an insane ego. Story I remember was psychologists tested the team and this guy hit a perfect score. He was incapable or recognising personal error, if something went wrong on the pitch it couldn't possibly have been his fault...

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Bendtner was meme on massively for his ego, but was more mid 00s to early 10s.
