@DieguiTux8623 doesn't display the image on mastodon btw

It does not depend on the image format since the images not displayed are one in webp and the other in png. I am not an expert in how federation (and especially Mastodon/ActivityPub) works though.

You are right but on Mastodon I can not see other images in comments on other threads, like this one
